We want you and your pup happy.

• Wrong size / change of mind: contact within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused with tags.
• Damaged / defective: send photos within 3 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
• Buyer’s remorse after use: not eligible.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
